Climate action and sustainability
The climate crisis is the challenge of our generation. We passionately believe this is something everyone in society should take seriously. We are taking action to ensure that our growth doesn’t come at the expense of the planet, but rather at the benefit of it.
Taking climate action
We’ve established an internal cross-functional climate action committee with a leadership sponsor and advocate
We hold company-wide initiatives like presentations and workshops on climate action and sustainability
We use our climate action principles to guide us continuously
We participate in the Leaders for Climate action community, and their yearly “Time for Climate Action” Campaign
We commit to calculating our total emissions including Scope 1, 2, and 3, at least yearly
We set an internal carbon price of 150 EUR/ ton to allocate funds to a climate solution we believe will maximise the impact of our budget
Diversity, equity, and inclusion
We believe that bringing diverse people together and empowering them to contribute equally is necessary to spark innovation, connection, and inspire greater change. Therefore, we are committed to actively cultivating a work culture that makes space for all people — especially historically marginalized groups — to feel safe and valued to be authentically and freely themselves.
